As part of the Foundation's development, we are looking for a:
Multisite Socio-Cultural Manager for the elderly care unit from 50% to 70% (3 nursing homes and several medico-social structures: 2 temporary reception centers, 2 protected apartment structures, and 1 shared apartment) Your mission:
- Develop the socio-cultural concept with an approach focused on the needs and resources of beneficiaries by promoting interdisciplinary work
- Work closely with the expert coordinator to ensure the implementation of objectives in terms of services and projects by going into the field
- Manage the team (including employee lifecycle, performance management, skills development, conflict management, scheduling)
- Organize resource allocation according to the needs of the different structures while respecting the allocated budgets
- Ensure financial monitoring of your sector
- Develop internal and external collaborations and represent the Foundation on mandate with various organizations and working groups Desired profile:
- Bachelor degree in socio-cultural animation or other HES level training
- Training in team management
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a multisite environment with team management
- Ability to develop and carry a vision, strong planning and priority management skills, administrative management skills, ease in written communication and mastery of IT tools
- Client and solution orientation and ability to interact proactively and constructively with all stakeholders
- Managerial skills and interpersonal abilities
