• Building, maintaining, and further developing the project and initiative portfolio of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts
• Recording, structuring, and prioritizing IT projects, developments, and strategic initiatives
• Developing and applying uniform prioritization and evaluation criteria
• Preparing decision-making bases for university management and other committees
• Moderating coordination and prioritization processes with different stakeholders
• Ensuring alignment between ongoing IT operations, developments, and innovation projects
• Building and maintaining overviews of resources, capacities, dependencies, and budget frameworks
• Establishing and further developing portfolio governance, processes, standards, and reporting
• Regular portfolio reporting including status, risks, and recommendations for action

• Degree at tertiary level (University of Applied Sciences, ETH/University or Higher Technical School) in computer science, business informatics, or business administration
• Several years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management (ideally in the university environment)
• Further education or certification in project or portfolio management (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience in building decision-making, prioritization, and reporting structures
• Experience in resource, capacity, and budget planning is an advantage
• Ideally experience in the university, education, or public sector environment
• Confident appearance towards executives and committees
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High personal responsibility, reliability, organizational strength, and teamwork skills
• Service orientation and interest in learning new things complete your profile
