Your Tasks
- Building, maintaining, and further developing the project and initiative portfolio of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts
- Recording, structuring, and prioritizing IT projects, developments, and strategic initiatives
- Developing and applying uniform prioritization and evaluation criteria
- Preparing decision-making bases for university management and other committees
- Moderating coordination and prioritization processes with different stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment between ongoing IT operations, developments, and innovation projects
- Building and maintaining overviews of resources, capacities, dependencies, and budget frameworks
- Establishing and further developing portfolio governance, processes, standards, and reporting
- Regular portfolio reporting including status, risks, and recommendations for action
Your Profile
- Degree at tertiary level (University of Applied Sciences, ETH/University or Higher Technical School) in computer science, business informatics, or business administration
- Several years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management (ideally in the university environment)
- Further education or certification in project or portfolio management (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience in building decision-making, prioritization, and reporting structures
- Experience in resource, capacity, and budget planning is an advantage
- Ideally experience in the university, education, or public sector environment
- Confident appearance towards executives and committees
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High personal responsibility, reliability, organizational strength, and teamwork skills
- Service orientation and interest in learning new things complete your profile
