Your Main Tasks
- As Head of Nursing, you take responsibility for employees, budget, communication, and achieving goals in inpatient care in Care Area C
- Together with the Nursing Directorate and MTTB, you implement strategic guidelines and actively contribute to their further development
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Nursing HF/FH as well as advanced management training and bring at least five years of leadership experience in a comparable or extended role
- With your solid business knowledge and experience in change management, you support the development of the USZ and the future in a top medical environment as a managerial person in inpatient care
- Your leadership style is ambitious, agile, reliable, and humane – with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and pronounced social competence
In this responsible leadership role, you take over the management and further development of a versatile and highly specialized care area. Care Area C includes the specialties of cardiology, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, pneumology, visceral and gastroenterology, endocrinology, as well as our private ward. You lead the area together with the Shared Governance Team, the education officer, and the specialist nursing expert and work closely with the management of inpatient care.
