• You collaborate with the accounting manager in the daily management of general and analytical accounting
• You ensure the complete management of the invoicing process (current, miscellaneous and internal)
• You participate in monthly and annual closings (turnover, accruals, provisions, verifications, etc.)
• You take charge of the entry and closing of the subsidiaries of Provins SA
• You contribute to the preparation of tax declarations
• You monitor and analyze accounts, preparing reports
• You update and write internal procedures (SCI)
• You develop various statistics
• You participate in other tasks related to accounting (matching, stock, analytical accounting, replacement and support).

• Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting, Bachelor in Business Economics would be an asset or with experience in accounting deemed equivalent
• Very good command of Excel (pivot tables, lookup, sorting, formulas)
• Versatility, precision, autonomy and discretion
• Excellent priority management, organizational skills
• Written and oral knowledge of German.
