- Ability to document technical content precisely and structured (concepts, studies, specifications)
- Experience in testing and validating complex systems
- Knowledge of project management methods (e.g., IPMA or Hermes 5) is an advantage
- Experience in security-relevant or military environments is desirable
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured, and communicative personality with a flair for coordination and technology
