Our stylish corporate office in Munich bundles all construction and design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotels.
The central maintenance department within the Technical Services department takes care of the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and is responsible, among other things, for their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-relevant processes.

* Work closely with our external occupational safety and fire protection specialist on the development, implementation, and monitoring of occupational safety and fire protection measures
* Participate in the execution of hazard assessments and risk evaluations as well as in the organization and implementation of training and instructions for employees
* Create and update safety documentation and emergency plans
* Review inspection reports in the area of occupational safety and fire protection and coordinate with the hotels
* Support the preparation and execution of ASA meetings
* Analyze accident reports and develop prevention measures
* Coordinate the execution of evacuation drills and other emergency trainings with external partners

* Ideally have initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection
* Know the relevant legal regulations and standards in occupational safety and fire protection like the back of your hand
* Are an organizational talent and count a structured way of working among your strengths
* Bring a willingness for continuous further training in occupational safety and fire protection
* Communication and interaction skills as well as a professional appearance and integrity are a matter of course for you
* Have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
