The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people in need of care, people with dementia, and assist those in assisted living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with service within the house.
The Stollenweid house is the fourth house and also part of Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer rural living.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for impeccable, well-groomed, and friendly service in all service areas (Restaurant Frohmi including terraces, multipurpose room, and various events)
- Correctly receives feedback from guests and residents and forwards it to the appropriate departments
- Responsible for an appropriate guest offering in Restaurant Frohmi
- Independent execution of simple orders (drinks, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.)
- Operation of the cash register system
- Cleaning tasks within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Experience in service
- Completed training (restaurant, hotel industry) is an advantage
- High service orientation, social skills, and enjoyment of working in a restaurant with diverse guests
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Team player, reliable, and careful working style
- Willingness for continuous further training
- High flexibility regarding working hours (shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in a 7-day operation)
- Good oral and written German skills
