Service description:

The hospital billing department is an essential player in the administrative journey of patients and the financial management of the hospital. We offer a first enriching and formative professional experience in a dynamic and demanding environment, which will allow you to put into practice the knowledge acquired during your studies.

Intended for students who, as part of their training in business school or high school (economics and business option), complete their course with a practical internship year, this program allows the development of solid skills, both technical and interpersonal, in a stimulating hospital environment.

Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to undertake immersion internships in other GHOL departments to meet all your training objectives and better understand the overall functioning of the hospital.

Job description:

As a 3+1 intern in the hospital billing department, you will fully integrate the team and be involved in its daily activities. Under the supervision of a trainer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in the entry, control, and monitoring of medical and paramedical services
• Contribute to the preparation, sending, and control of invoices intended for insurance funds and patients
• Perform certain administrative follow-up and coordination tasks
• Collaborate on projects to improve internal processes and tools
• Discover interactions with different hospital departments

• Be in the final year of business school / high school, economics and business option
• Meet the admission requirements for the commercial professional maturity (MPC)
• Have a strong interest in the health sector and administrative field
• Have a sense of organization, rigor, and ability to work in a team
• Be dynamic, curious, and eager to learn
