Your new job

• Lead the Legal group, currently with seven employees, both professionally and personnel-wise
• Comprehensively support internal corporate positions in various legal matters - legal focuses include banking and financial market law, contract law, and IT law; additionally labor law, inheritance law, and adult protection law
• Ensure legal support in the creation and adjustment of banking products and services
• Represent the interests of the banks in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
• Actively participate in projects and multidisciplinary working groups
• Deputize for the head of the Legal and Paralegal department, including the Legal, Paralegal, Support groups, and Data Privacy Legal
• Take on the professional leadership of the Paralegal group regarding official information requests
