Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Independent, competent, and resource-oriented care of our clients in their home environment
- Direct communication with our customers, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
- Digital documentation for efficient work organization
- Taking on extended responsibilities and co-designing modern care processes
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Inter Rai HC knowledge is an advantage or willingness to complete the basic course
- Confident in the application and execution of the entire care process
- Joy and motivation in outpatient care
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least B2
- Driver's license category B and own car
- Structured and independent way of working
