Head of Customer Support (m/f/d)

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Head of Customer Support for our Southeast Switzerland General Agency. Our agency network spans three cantons and includes six agencies, whose diversity offers a varied daily work routine with exciting tasks and encounters.

In this responsible position, you will work closely with the General Agent, our customers, and various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Your diverse tasks:

• You lead a team of 6 employees and bear overall responsibility for the support organization of the General Agency
• You actively support sales, both for your own field service and for the agency brokers
• You take responsibility for the claims management of the General Agency and ensure efficient processing
• By participating in specialist and leadership seminars, you ensure that the knowledge and skills in your team are always up to date

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in the insurance industry and ideally hold a federal certificate or an insurance diploma
• You are a dynamic, future-oriented leader and have successfully worked for several years in a management position
• You distinguish yourself by your ability to lead, coach, and continuously develop your team
• You are an organizational talent and keep an overview and the necessary calm even in hectic times
