To bridge an intensive work phase, the HR team at FINMA is seeking your support. In a professional and talent-centered environment, you will make an effective contribution to the further development of personnel development.
Main tasks
- Participation in the development of a modular leadership development program including the design of face-to-face and e-learning formats as well as, if necessary, provider selection and management
- Moderation of training sessions, leadership events, and team development
- Sub-project management in the introduction of a Learning Management System including needs assessment, customizing, as well as introduction and training concepts in close cooperation with IT service management
- Advising employees on the selection of external training and coaching measures
- Taking on additional personnel development projects as needed
Profile
- Completed university degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or comparable fields
- 5–8 years of professional experience in personnel development, learning & development, or management development
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning formats
- Moderation and coaching experience with a prudent and empathetic attitude
- Openness, committed hands-on mentality, and strong team orientation
- Language skills in German (C2) as well as good English and French skills (each B2) are an advantage
