At our six locations in the Bern metropolitan area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task

Support the nursing reference person in process-oriented care and support
Check care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
Actively participate in direct care
Assist in concept development and its implementation
Maintain care and support documentation, plan care measures based on the care process

Our requirements

Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
Professional experience as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent
Willingness for personal and professional development as well as to engage with changes
A cheerful, solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
