What you will move with us
- You take over the deputy management of performance management/billing and are co-responsible for this area.
- You ensure complete and correct billing according to TARMED/TARDOC, SwissDRG, TARPSY and ST Reha.
- You process invoice rejections and complaints.
- You are the first contact person for tariff and billing-related questions.
- You create process documentation and manuals.
- You organize and conduct user, performance, and tariff training.
- You monitor and optimize performance recording.
- You contribute to the further development of processes and internal control systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining various master data in SAP IS-H and IBI-care.
- You participate in projects and working groups.
- You are responsible for accounts receivable management including dunning.
You inspire us…
- With your completed commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- With your solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially the various tariff systems and billing rules (TARMED/TARDOC, SwissDRG, TARPSY and ST Reha).
- With your good MS Office and SAP IS-H skills.
- With your independent, conscientious, resilient as well as discreet and confidential manner.
- With your ability to work in a team as well as your efficient and solution-oriented way of working.
- With your entrepreneurial and cross-departmental thinking and acting.
