What you will move with us

You take over the deputy management of performance management/billing and are co-responsible for this area.

You ensure complete and correct billing according to TARMED/TARDOC, SwissDRG, TARPSY and ST Reha.

You process invoice rejections and complaints.

You are the first contact person for tariff and billing-related questions.

You create process documentation and manuals.

You organize and conduct user, performance, and tariff training.

You monitor and optimize performance recording.

You contribute to the further development of processes and internal control systems.

You are responsible for maintaining various master data in SAP IS-H and IBI-care.

You participate in projects and working groups.

You are responsible for accounts receivable management including dunning.

With your completed commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.

With your solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially the various tariff systems and billing rules (TARMED/TARDOC, SwissDRG, TARPSY and ST Reha).

With your good MS Office and SAP IS-H skills.

With your independent, conscientious, resilient as well as discreet and confidential manner.

With your ability to work in a team as well as your efficient and solution-oriented way of working.
