About the job
Your new role
In your new role, you advise landlords and tenants on all rental matters at the counter as well as by phone. You check the rental deposit accounts, manage the Housing Office's email account, and handle general correspondence. You also receive and process objections and complaints. You prepare conciliation hearings, take minutes, and create completion protocols for out-of-court settlements. After the hearings, you maintain the statistics and arrange the payment of deposited rents according to the protocol. Administrative tasks in the secretariat as well as the annual archiving of completed cases are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you carry out tenant evictions according to the orders of the St. Gallen District Court.
This position is for you if you
- have completed commercial training
- have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- have several years of professional experience, ideally in the real estate sector
- are communicative and have a strong service orientation
- enjoy advisory activities
