Head of Department: Nutritional Counseling 80-90%

About the job

Nutritional counseling conducts clinical nutrition therapies and outpatient nutritional consultations in the departments of internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, oncology, palliative care, and gynecology. In doing so, nutritional counseling works closely with physicians, nursing staff, diabetes counseling, gastroenterology, and the diet kitchen.

As the head of the department, you are responsible, together with your deputy head of department, for the personnel management of the 10-member team. Furthermore, you ensure quality assurance and the further development of the department and represent nutritional counseling in internal committees. Participation in the core business is also part of your duties.

Start date: June 1, 2026, or by arrangement

• University degree (BSc) in nutrition and dietetics or an equivalent degree in clinical nutrition with relevant professional experience
• Experience in a comparable leadership position and completed management training or willingness to complete such training
• Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
• High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
