Your tasks
- First point of contact for our inpatient patients
- Advising our patients on the implementation of their therapy program and daily structures
- Conducting crisis talks
- Leading group offers in the areas of milieu therapy and NADA ear acupuncture
- Primary nursing care
- Documenting nursing tasks and measures in our digital and intuitive systems
Your profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF (possibly FaGe with corresponding professional experience) or equivalent recognized training (SRK)
- Ability to support and promote the self-efficacy of our patients
- Close and interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists, psychologists, and doctors
- You are open to changes, enjoy learning new things, are committed and resilient
- Mindful, reliable, empathetic personality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
