Your Tasks
- Nursing team leadership for the Psychiatric Day Clinic BKTK
- Deputy function for the Detoxification Station BK1
- Ensuring the flow and organization of daily ward routine together in a tandem model with the senior medical management
- Close cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Further development and optimization of workflows and processes
- Professional guidance and support of new employees
- Ensuring the professionalism of nursing work and its documentation
Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care as well as several years of professional experience
- Initial leadership experience would be desirable
- Interest in a role with responsibility for personnel management and development
- Empathy and joy in working with mentally ill people
- An appreciative attitude
- Commitment, teamwork skills, and resilience
- Social competence combined with the ability to motivate employees to creative solutions within the team
