Tasks

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering required; proven business analysis experience preferred.
- Strong Python and API skills, including design and documentation.
- Fluent in French and English with autonomous, detail-oriented teamwork abilities.

Job Description
- User support (N1/N2): incident analysis, technical diagnosis, coordination with development teams.
- Run & Evolutionary Maintenance: requirements gathering, writing User Stories and technical specifications, functional and technical testing, delivery follow-up.
- Projects & continuous improvement: design and documentation of APIs (REST/SOAP), development/review of Python scripts, participation in Agile ceremonies, UAT, user training and hypercare post Go-Live.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer science or engineering
- Proven experience in IT Business Analysis with strong technical awareness
- Strong skills in Python and APIs (design, integration, documentation)
- Ability to understand and represent technical architectures and integration flows
- Experience in application support and evolutionary maintenance
- Practice of Agile (writing User Stories, coordination with developers)
- Autonomy, rigor, and excellent team spirit
- Languages: Fluent French and English
