Are you interested in supporting a Retail Audit team and taking on an exciting challenge within the dynamic store environment?
In this role, you will:

Support database preparation for the launch of new claim procedures.
-
Contribute to AI literacy by supporting the integration of AI concepts into existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency where possible.

Audit inventory movements, ensuring accuracy between store records and accounting data.
-
Assist team members with their daily operational and audit activities.
How you will make a difference
Skills that will make you succeed:

Fluency in English, spoken as well as written; any other European language like French or German is a plus
-
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced Excel skills being essential. Exposure to AI tools is a plus.

Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team

Learning & Stock Monitoring: Support daily inventory activities by learning how to monitor stock levels and reporting any immediate discrepancies.

Data Collection & Analysis Support: Assist the team in gathering data to investigate inventory mismatches and help map out potential root causes (e.g., entry errors or damages).

Operational Support for Counts: Actively participate in periodic stock takes and cycle counts, ensuring physical counts match system records under supervision.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Support information flow between Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to maintain data accuracy.

Basic Reporting & Dashboards: Help prepare simple inventory reports and update tracking dashboards (e.g., using Excel or internal tools).

Process Contribution: Provide "fresh-eye" observations to identify small operational bottlenecks and suggest simple improvements to daily workflows.

We cannot grant that the internship will lead you to a contract afterwards, but thanks to the value of the experience most of our interns are staying in the company after the internship period.
