Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Brand Experience

As a Senior Project Manager in our Basel team, you actively shape the success of Uniplan Switzerland and bring strong brands to life impressively in Switzerland and beyond. With your technical know-how, experience in trade fairs, showrooms, and brand spaces, as well as your structured, customer-oriented way of working, you contribute decisively to the implementation of complex projects – from the initial idea to on-site realization.

You take on the operational management of interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate external partners, and support clients from Switzerland, Europe, and international markets. In doing so, you understand how to consider cultural differences and strategically expand customer relationships. With your solution-oriented attitude, you keep budget, timing, and quality under control even in dynamic project phases. As a communicative link between internal departments, external trades, and our clients, you are the central contact person in all project phases – representing Uniplan confidently, reliably, and on equal footing both internally and externally.

Your arguments

• Successfully completed studies in communication, marketing, business administration, event/project management, or a comparable education – ideally with a technical focus (e.g., trade fair construction, event technology)
• Several years of professional experience in implementing trade fair projects, showrooms, and events – especially in the Swiss market
• Sound knowledge in technical planning, production, and event technology
• High quality awareness, organizational talent, and enjoyment of solution-oriented work
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in the Swiss and international context
• Willingness to travel – especially within Switzerland to support our projects on site
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills (spoken and written) are a great advantage
