- Support and implementation of digital marketing activities in cooperation with various agencies and partners
- Support and implementation of traditional offline marketing activities in cooperation with various agencies and partners
- Assessment, support and follow-up of inquiries from journalists and influencers as well as provision of press information
- Contribution of ideas and creativity for the continuous development of new projects
- Member of the Revenue & Forecast team as an expert for online traffic and the entire digital marketing environment of Appenzeller Huus
- Maintenance and updating of hotel-relevant content, media and links on websites (consortia, OTA, tour operators, memberships, partners, tourism organizations)
- Know the products of Appenzeller Huus and the standards in order to present them as a confident representative of the house during house tours
- Support of online reputation management
- Compliance with hotel-specific CI/CD standards as well as quality management (CMS)
Your profile
- Completed hotel management school or degree in tourism and/or marketing
- High level of creativity and resourcefulness
- Confident handling of digital media and current marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO, metasearch and web design
- Good graphic understanding as well as first experiences with common content management systems
- Basic knowledge in handling InDesign, possibly also video editing programs, as well as common MS Office programs
- Enjoyment of social media channels and content creation
- Conceptual, structured and result-oriented way of working
- Team-oriented personality with high social and communication skills
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and English
- Organizational talent and ability to work service-oriented
- Flexible, decisive, resilient, discreet and empathetic
- Trustworthy and confident in negotiations
- Confident in dealing with stressful situations
