Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a renowned University, Business School or University of Applied Sciences in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, financial services or economics. Relevant further education (PhD, MBA, CFA, CAIA, PMP) is a plus.
Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of Swiss Insurance Industry on topics such as:
- Innovation, digital and data transformation
- Growth strategy, client segmentation, and value proposition
- Omni-channel client servicing strategies
- Operational efficiency, cost reduction, process & organization optimization
- Target operating model, outsourcing & near-/offshoring of operations
- Regulatory transformation
Business development: Active client network in Switzerland, with a firm appetite for sales, and proven experience in identifying and developing opportunities, including commercial proposal construction.
Leadership experience: Experienced in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence. Confidence and maturity to work with senior management
Consulting experience: 5+ years (for Managers) to 7+ years (for Senior Managers) of experience in Consulting for financial institutions and committed to the pursuit of a professional career in management consulting.
Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation. Rigorous, autonomous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English and German (written and spoken) – must have. French being a plus. Strong presentation and moderation skills.
Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
