To complete the technical service team of the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità, we are looking for a

Designer with site management and local safety delegate duties (100%)

Profile:

The person we are looking for will cover both functions at 50% each. They are capable of effectively managing multiple activities simultaneously by carefully analyzing the duration, difficulty of tasks, and assigned projects to achieve the set objectives.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and independent person with strong organizational and management skills focused on site management, budget management, and executive design. They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the internal and external client at the center of all our attention.

In their role, they take charge of critical safety events, discuss them with the involved people and the heads of various sectors to define intervention measures aimed at protecting internal and external clients. They are also able to provide simple safety training.

Necessary requirements:

• degree as SUP architect or degree as SUP interior architect or diploma as draftsman with AFC obtained at an architecture firm or diploma as SSS technician in construction site management;
• basic training in occupational safety (CFSL safety assistant) or willingness to obtain it;
• additional training in safety;
• thorough knowledge of current SIA standards;
• several years of experience in a similar position in the field of renovations and expansions of medium and large structures;
• proficiency in main IT tools, especially Autocad, Messerli, BIM, and Microsoft Office applications;
• in addition to Italian, knowledge of another national language, preferably German, will be considered an advantage.
