Tasks

• Care and support of elderly psychiatric patients in a psychotherapeutic setting
• Design of the care process in the work with reference persons with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Coordination, management, and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
• Active participation in working groups and projects
• Learning support for trainees and students in nursing professions

Profile

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or geriatric care
• High social/personal competence and structured way of working
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
• Work in shifts (without night shifts)
• Good German and PC skills
• For foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is required
