The Infrastructure Management service group plans and builds squares, streets, and paths in the city of Uster. The extremely broad range of tasks includes the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects up to supporting the road inspection office.

Project Manager Infrastructure Management 60-100%

Your main tasks

• Coordinate and carry out civil engineering projects as client representative and overall project management in the area of infrastructure and art and protective structures
• Construction coordination between the city and utility owners within the framework of projects
• Participation in the development of maintenance concepts for infrastructure facilities, art and protective structures
• Co-development of innovative approaches such as sponge city principles and digitization (BIM)
• Professional support of the management responsible (service group leaders and foremen)
• Responsibility for compliance with schedule, quality, and cost targets

You bring with you

• A higher education as a technician HF, civil engineer FH, or a comparable qualification
• Experience as a specialist in municipal infrastructure construction (ideally experience in public administration)
• Enjoyment in shaping public space
• Networked thinking and the ability to develop viable concepts and solutions
• Interest in political processes and enjoyment of working in a team
