Your Tasks
- Organization, coordination, and planning for generalist nursing training
- Close coordination with the nursing school of the AMEOS Institute North – Oberhausen location
- Development assessment of trainees
- Organizational leadership of the released practical instructors
- Recruiting trainees at career fairs, career exploration days, and through the organization of nursing internships and voluntary social year (FSJ)
- Conducting interviews for future trainees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a practical instructor and 24 hours of further education per year
- Motivation to actively shape the practical training of our trainees for nursing specialists and nursing assistants
- Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
- Organizational talent and initiative
- High professional and social competence
- Good communication skills and the ability to approach people of different generations
