Trust Officer / Mandate Manager 100% (f, m, d)
To strengthen our Private Client Team in Zurich, we are looking for a Trust Officer / Mandate Manager, exclusively in a 100% position, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent management activities for international finance, holding, and real estate companies, trusts, and foundations
- Support and advice for international clients as well as verbal and written communication (mostly in English) with mandate-related contacts
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with business and legal guidelines (AML, CRS, FATCA)
- Electronic recording, monitoring, and management of client data through our electronic document management system (ViewPoint)
- Participation in internal or client-related project work
What You Bring
- Federal certificate in fiduciary services, business studies, or comparable education
- Complete STEP training (TEP qualification)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the trust sector or fiduciary services for HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, service-oriented, team-oriented, and resilient professional
- Reliability, high quality awareness, and very good task management are required
- Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form are a must-have
