We are looking for a
Catering Sales Employee 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You acquire new catering customers and maintain existing contacts.
- You create offers, present menus, and conclude contracts.
- At customer appointments, you convince with competence and always stay on top of inquiries.
- In close coordination with the kitchen and service, you ensure the smooth running of every event.
- You prepare event documents and support events on site.
- You carefully maintain customer and event data in the system.
- You assist with invoices and organize the office.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Your profile
- You have completed training or studies in hospitality, gastronomy, event management, or sales – ideally with experience in catering.
- You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in catering, event, or hotel sales and know how to inspire customers.
- You already have professional experience in catering, event management, or sales.
- Organizing, coordinating, and always keeping an overview – that suits you.
- With your confident appearance and communicative manner, you convince customers.
- MS Office and CRM systems are not foreign words to you.
- You have a category B driving license.
- In the team, you show commitment and score with a positive charisma.
