Your tasks
- As a member of the legal service, you support the specialist authority in implementing child and adult protection law and collaborate with our internal specialist services.
- You handle your legal matters independently and conduct hearings with the involved persons.
- You take minutes during hearings and contribute your legal assessment in internal meetings.
- You draft decisions for the child and adult protection authority.
- You carry out legal special clarifications and advise guardians and third parties on legal issues.
- You take on special tasks as needed and actively participate in projects to further develop our work.
Your profile
- You have completed a degree in law and ideally have obtained the lawyer's license.
- You have professional experience preferably in child and adult protection or a related field as well as solid procedural law knowledge.
- You appreciate collaboration with different professions and value language appropriate to the target audience.
- You are characterized by very good communication and editorial skills as well as high reliability and discretion.
