Head of Digital & Print Production (80%)
With a view of the whole: Ensuring a high-quality, timely, economical, and cross-channel implementation of all productions in the areas of print, digital, and motion design.
Reliable in cost control & detail-oriented: Responsibility for creating cost estimates, budget calculations, as well as billing and post-calculation of projects.
Structured & careful: Ensuring efficient workflows, continuous optimization of cost structures, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Innovative & performance-oriented: Strategic further development of the area regarding automation including AI, new technologies, tools, quality standards, and cost structure.
Higher professional education (e.g., HF Media Management) or comparable further training
Solid knowledge in print production, media processing, and digital workflows
Project management competence
Negotiation skills with external service providers
Solid knowledge in the production of moving image and motion design projects
Understanding of digital formats, social media assets, and platform-specific requirements
Management of interdisciplinary production processes (print, digital, motion)
