In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in our Trading and Procurement department as a Business Application Manager Energy Industry. You ensure the efficient operation of IT-supported processes in the areas of sales and trading support, balancing group management, reporting, and data analysis, thereby making a decisive contribution to the department's success. Your Tasks

Responsibility for the operation and further development of the core energy industry system (Robotron eSales) including first-level support, data quality, and correct key figure representation

Recording, specification, and implementation of new professional and technical requirements as well as support and optimization of interfaces

Development, maintenance, and further development of standard and ad-hoc reporting as well as provision of decision-relevant analyses for specialist departments and management

Professional support and optimization of central energy industry processes, especially contract management and supplier switching, including documentation and continuous process improvement

Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, IT, external system providers, and service providers as an interface between business and IT to ensure efficient systems and processes

Your Profile

Completed studies in computer science, natural sciences, or economics

Solid know-how in ERP and EDM standard solutions, experience with reporting tools as well as in project work

Team-oriented and service-minded personality with independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Analytical and networked thinking as well as pronounced IT affinity, ideally with knowledge in EDM systems (e.g., SAP IS-U, Robotron ePredict, eCount, eSales), SQL, and Excel

Experience in the energy industry is an advantage or willingness to develop into a specialist in the energy industry
