The Blumenfeld Zuchwil Foundation is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents who require care and support a "home". Four openly managed residential groups, including one residential group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms as well as a gerontopsychiatric residential group, in which we also care for day guests, complete our care and support services.

Your tasks:
In this responsible position, thanks to your contemporary understanding of care, you have the ability to ensure and implement situation- and resident-appropriate care and support. You enjoy professionally accompanying the residents and their relatives in their complex life situations as a primary nurse. You work in a motivated team where constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration is highly valued. It is important to you to contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere as a team player.
Your profile:
You have training as a qualified nurse or as a FaGe EFZ. You can specifically apply your IT skills in the electronically managed care documentation easyDOK. Practical experience in the application of RAI-NH (MDS recording) rounds off your profile. You count physical and mental resilience as well as independence among your strengths and are a communicative personality. Furthermore, you have the ability to remain decisive and capable of action in complex situations and manage rapidly changing situations professionally. A high level of commitment and flexibility characterize you.
