Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of patients in acute psychiatric crises
- Planning and implementation of individual nursing and sociotherapeutic measures according to evidence-based standards
- Co-creation of a safe, structured, and healing-promoting environment as well as promotion of existing resources
- Professional handling of challenging behavior, prevention and de-escalation of coercive situations
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration as well as involvement and counseling of relatives
- Active shaping of nursing practice and support or representation of the ward management in case of absence
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF, ideally with additional qualification in psychiatric nursing
- Experience in acute psychiatric care and enjoyment of complex clinical situations
- Interest in innovative, interprofessional collaboration
- Initiative, team spirit, and solution-oriented work
- Strong quality awareness, service orientation, and cooperative attitude
