About the job
- You lead the Building Technology Wil team (3 employees) and are responsible for deployment and on-call planning.
- You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and servicing of building technology systems (especially HVAC) and independently carry out service, repair, and troubleshooting work.
- Through preventive maintenance, system monitoring, and management of the building management system, you ensure safe and efficient operation and contribute to optimization and efficiency measures.
- You evaluate meter and consumption data, document all work in the FM system, and maintain technical documentation.
- You coordinate external specialist companies, accompany renovations and smaller construction projects, professionally accept work, and are responsible for the locking and access system.
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and safety regulations.
- You have completed a technical or craft basic training in building services, HVAC, building technology, or facility maintenance, ideally supplemented by further training (e.g., caretaker or maintenance specialist with a federal certificate, HF/FH is an advantage).
- You bring several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems and have solid knowledge in HVAC, building automation, and technical maintenance; experience with locking and access systems is an advantage.
- You work independently, structured, and responsibly, have good organizational skills, and enjoy coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- You are service-oriented, a team player, safety-conscious, and willing to take on on-call duty in rotation.
