Project Business Manager (m/f/d) - Western Switzerland Region
As part of the sales team, we manage large new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects and ensure optimal daylight and fresh air planning through the use of suitable roof windows. If you are interested in discussing our lighting solutions with architects and general contractors and positioning VELUX as a partner in construction projects, then apply now!
What we offer:
- You take responsibility for building and maintaining your customer relationships with architects, general contractors, investors, property management companies, and dealers
- You especially advise architects on the importance of daylight in new projects to sustainably increase the market share of roof window solutions
- You systematically work on the market in the area of roof window solutions together with sales consultants and keep an eye on current large projects, specialized craftsmen and architects, competitors as well as their products and market development strategies
- You act independently in sales negotiations, as well as in presentations and training on VELUX products and daylight planning
- You contribute to the development and implementation of marketing measures and campaigns and participate in relevant trade fairs
- You record your activities in our CRM system and prepare offers for your customer inquiries
What you bring:
- You have several years of experience as a sales consultant and have a strong sales flair with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- You have independently developed and successfully implemented sales strategies
- You ideally understand architecture and construction plans and have already worked in this or comparable industries
- You possess high reliability, result orientation as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- You act skillfully in negotiations and conflict resolution
- You have a high IT affinity and ideally already experience with CRM systems and SAP
- Please note: For this position, fluent French and German language skills are essential. In addition, you speak good English
