Your tasks
- Person-centered counseling of clients on abstinence from addictive substances, motivation and reflection in individual settings
- Support of clients in everyday practical matters, e.g. providing help to build an individual daily and weekly structure, creating weekly plans
- Support in building and maintaining social skills and contacts, e.g. preparing meetings with relatives, promoting interests
- Support in maintaining and promoting health, e.g. support in crisis management, support during doctor visits
- Participation in community life, e.g. leisure activities
- Creation of individual assistance plans and development reports
- The sought task profile extends over the area of Neustadt i. H. and Oldenburg i. H.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy or psychology (Bachelor or Master), or qualifications corresponding to the field
- You have a class B driving license
- You have an independent, structured and organized way of working
- You demonstrate creativity, empathy and commitment to the people to be cared for
