To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Passenger Car Center Granges-Paccot a competent and experienced person as Reception & Telephone Clerk 100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Reception and care of our customers and business partners
- Responsible for friendly, efficient answering and forwarding of telephone calls
- Appointment scheduling and planning of customer appointments and replacement vehicles
- Processing of general administrative tasks in the back office as well as online customer support
- Handling tasks related to the mail
- Active assistance in the customer service area and at customer events
- Serving customers at the coffee bar
Your profile
- Commercial or equivalent training with good IT skills
- First professional experience in the automotive industry in a comparable position
- Very good German and French skills, ideally bilingual
- Additional foreign languages (English/Italian) are an advantage
- Good organizational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
- Resilient, friendly and cheerful personality
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a neat appearance
