Tasks & Responsibilities
Creation, review, and execution of property contracts (e.g., easement contracts, boundary changes, leases, agreements)
Coordination with internal departments, external partners, and authorities
Collaboration or independent management of projects
Administration and maintenance of physical as well as digital property data
Completed commercial or real estate-specific training
Experience in notary offices, land registry offices, or municipal administration as well as interest in legal topics
Knowledge of property law, land registry, and tenancy law
Confident handling of MS Office and structured working method
Strong communication and coordination skills as well as team orientation
