In order to strengthen our team at the Beaulieu Residence in Sierre, we are looking for a
ASSC night watchman/woman poolist starting from September 1, 2025
Your main tasks:
- you ensure the supervision of residents during the night
- you respond to residents' calls and intervene if necessary
- you perform basic care and ensure the comfort of residents
- you keep the care records of our residents up to date
- you collaborate with the day team to ensure continuity of care
Your profile:
- you have completed ASSC training or equivalent training
- you have confirmed night experience in a nursing home or similar structure. Experience in psychogeriatrics is a plus
- you possess developed clinical analysis skills
- you have a clear interest in elderly people
- you have a great capacity for autonomy, organization, and priority management
- you are flexible with a great ability to adapt to different work environments
- you are service-oriented and have a good sense of human relations
- you have a good command of French (spoken and written) and usual computer tools
