Tasks

You actively shape Edelweiss's route network, from strategic planning to operational implementation. With analytical thinking, market understanding, and foresight, you develop new destinations, optimize existing connections, and directly contribute to the profitability of our offering.

Additional tasks:

• Identify and assess market potentials and develop new destinations to increase revenue
• Support the continuous optimization of the offering and the long-term development of the route network
• Create seasonal flight schedules and secure slots with the relevant interfaces
• Monitor and analyze the performance of all routes in the Edelweiss network as well as the market environment and competition
• Coordinate traffic rights and implement new destinations together with partners and authorities

Requirements

Besides your completed studies in business, aviation, or a comparable field (or a comparable vocational training), you convince us with your analytical thinking, commitment, and passion for aviation.

Additionally, you bring the following:

• Structured working method and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Initial experience in network planning, revenue management, or tourism is an advantage
• Team-oriented, communicative, confident personality with initiative, service understanding, and very good German and English skills
