Medical and desk secretary for the Nuclear Medicine Service
The Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Service, attached to the Department of Medical Radiology, is looking for a medical and desk secretary at a 60% activity rate, starting December 1, 2025 (or to be agreed), for an indefinite contract.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Service specializes in diagnosis and therapy using radioactive drugs. It serves as a reference for many doctors and internal services of the CHUV.
Mission
- Front office: you ensure the reception and welcoming of patients and visitors
- Back office: you manage appointments and actively participate in the telephone response of the Service
- You collaborate on the administrative tasks of the medical secretariat.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or a medical secretary diploma
- You have excellent command of common computer tools (Microsoft Office)
- You have several years of experience in a medical secretariat
- You are autonomous, rigorous, precise, and reliable, with an excellent sense of discretion
- You demonstrate good organizational, planning, and responsibility skills
- You have a strong aptitude for teamwork, good stress management, and recognized flexibility.
