• Ensuring the smooth operation of production and infrastructure facilities through teamwork
• Carrying out revision and repair work
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems
• Supporting optimizations of existing processes and installations
• Resolving production interruptions
• Ensuring on-call coverage as well as Saturday coverage in a staggered work model (5-day week)

• Basic training as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, metalworker, or similar completed training in the metal/machine industry
• Reliable and efficient working style
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and Saturday shifts

• Thorough introduction to the diverse range of tasks
• Responsible and interesting activity
• High personal responsibility and independence
