YOUR TASKS:
As an HR intern, you will provide support to the Group Human Resources department on tasks related to compliance, documentation, and broader HR initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the review, verification, and consolidation of legal and administrative HR documents for all entities within the Group.
- Contributing to the monitoring of compliance with local social legislation, Group policies, and internal guidelines.
- Assisting with the updating and management of HR databases, records, and document management systems.
- Collaborating with HR team members on specific projects (e.g., policy updates, employee engagement, HR process improvement).
There is also a possibility of being entrusted with more responsibilities based on your interest.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
The candidate should meet the following requirements :
- Currently studying Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Highly meticulous with a strong sense of organisation
- Interest in labor law and HR compliance
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Proactive, organized, and structured personality
- Absolute respect for confidentiality
- Excellent command of both French and English (C1 level - written and spoken).
