About the job

Area of responsibility:

• Guidance, support and promotion of people with disabilities (group of approx. 5-10 persons)
• Independent planning, organising and execution of work (pad, brand and digital printing) taking into account deadlines and quality requirements
• Production of necessary aids and templates
• Assistance in the development of new products

We expect:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the printing or craft sector or equivalent training
• Experience in pad printing an advantage
• Further training in work pedagogy or willingness to undertake this
• Very good IT skills
• Independent working style, initiative and resilience
• High level of service orientation and flexibility as well as good organisational and communication skills
• Empathy, good powers of observation and a high tolerance threshold
• Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
• Open and positive attitude to life as well as good team skills
