In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labor (AFA) helps to strengthen the Zurich location. The labor market policy competencies are bundled in the AFA. Around 650 employees work at more than 20 locations.
The Qualification area for job seekers (QuS) organizes, together with external partners, a labor market measures (AMM) offer tailored to the needs of the labor market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labor market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
Your tasks:
- Legal review, evaluation, and allocation of procurement and tendering procedures for AMM as well as responsibility for contract management
- Advice and support on all legal issues related to AMM
- Independent case processing including preparation of decision bases, handling of objections, complaints, and legal clarifications
- Participation in the development, operation, and further development of the risk and ICS system for AMM
- Creation, updating, and implementation of legal bases, templates, and documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external legal bodies
Your profile
Your profile:
- University degree in law, ideally related to business law or administrative law
- Several years of professional experience in the legal field (at least 2 years), preferably in public law, procurement, or social insurance law
- Confident, target group-appropriate German in spoken and written form as well as very good PC user skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- High communication skills, teamwork ability, and quick comprehension
- Resilience, flexibility, quality awareness, and interest in education and labor market topics
