• You strengthen our team in gerontopsychiatry – on the dementia and delirium ward as well as the admission and emergency ward 60+ as an APN (Advanced Practice Nurse).
• With your know-how and experience, you take nursing care to the next level and ensure that practical solutions are not just on paper.
• You work hand in hand with other departments to ensure holistic, optimal patient care.
• In complex patient situations, you stand as a competent advisor alongside the interdisciplinary teams – you help to optimize and integrate nursing concepts.
• You actively pitch in – directly on the wards and accompany the team through the challenges of everyday nursing.
• You take on the onboarding of new employees and provide them with the right tools to really get started in nursing.
