Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our Palais Keller

Built in 1443 as a salt storage, the Palais Keller was opened in 1972 as a Bavarian restaurant in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof by Mr. Falk Volkhardt with the purchase of the Palais Montgelas. In 2019, the Palais Keller was renewed by interior designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt. In the new Palais Keller, our guests are served seasonal and regional dishes with a modern interpretation.

• Preparation and execution of all work in the respective production area as agreed
• Proper storage of all food and raw materials
• Participation in inventory, reporting of damages
• Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
• Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Training of new employees

• Completed vocational training as a cook or comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie
• Creativity and flexibility
• Friendly nature and professional appearance
• Good German and English skills
