Sales Manager Kitchens Romandie (m/f/d)
Workplace: Etoy (2 days/week), Villeneuve (2 days/week), 1 flexible day (Etoy, Villeneuve or Suhr AG)
Disciplinary and technical management of the kitchen studios in Etoy and Villeneuve
Active participation in kitchen sales, including planning and customer advice
Ensuring staff planning in both studios
Integration and technical supervision of new kitchen advisors
Analysis and management of key indicators (achieved turnover and forecasts, appointments, occupancy rate, conversion, etc.)
Implementation and monitoring of the defined kitchen sales process
Conducting interviews regarding discounts and price conditions
Support for marketing actions and sales promotion measures
Training teams on planning systems (MHS, Carat, SAP) and products
Ensuring an attractive presentation of the kitchen studios, including inspiration and assortment management
Support in complex customer cases (e.g., interface with logistics from a sales perspective)
Planning and implementation of assortment changes in the kitchen studios and kitchen outlet
Ensuring sales flow
Continuous optimization of the error rate in the sales process
General organizational and administrative tasks within the area of responsibility
Native language: French
Very good knowledge of German (level C1)
Strong taste for in-depth customer advice
Proven experience in kitchen sales
Excellent spatial vision and creativity
Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, interior design)
First management experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Completed vocational training
High speed of comprehension and solution-oriented approach
Confident, convincing, and charismatic presentation
