To strengthen our team at the Oensingen location, we are looking for an innovative and motivated IT Supporter m/f/d (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility

First-level support (hardware and software, office, ERP, network, etc.)
Operation and maintenance of telephony and the devices used
Support in the evaluation and procurement of hardware
Management of user accounts and access rights (Active Directory)
User support, training, and IT service desk (including on-call organization) for all locations
Support for the MS Office 365 platform
Support in the evaluation and procurement of hardware and software, licenses

(Lifecycle management) and service level agreements

Responsibility for client rollout
Management of IT inventory
Participation in various projects

Your profile

Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in the IT field
Professional experience in the IT environment as well as in-depth expertise regarding hardware
Good knowledge of MS Office products and operating systems
Enjoy working with people and the ability to recognize needs
High service orientation and social competence
Very good oral and written communication skills in German and
